Account Cancellation:

If the customer cancels ten (10) days before recurring billing date the customer will not be billed for the cycle and all payments thereafter will be cancelled with immediate effect. Requests for canceling accounts must only use the following methods to deliver an official written notice of cancellation:

E-mail accounts, on receipt your account will be pending cancellation within 48 hours please include your Name, domain name, username, password and your reason for cancelling.

You must have all account information to cancel.
