To request a refund, simply send us a message letting us know why you are unhappy with our service, and we will promptly issue your refund.

This will allow you to test our services and support. Due to the expense of setting up certain plans, our policy does not cover setup fees.

NOTE: The guarantee will not cover someone who signs up for services and runs up the bandwidth during the 14 days just to get free bandwidth usage.

NOTE: The guarantee dows not include the Start Up Kit. Once a domain is registered there is no way to get a refund.
